The Brief
A niche jobs board built on static pages was not turning visitors into applicants or making it easy for recruiters to manage listings and applicants. The user flow lacked signposting, CV capture, and recruiter dashboards.
The Problem
We rebuilt the platform in React.js with HTML5 front end patterns and Supabase for backend jobs, candidates, applications . In Figma we redesigned candidate and recruiter funnels separately, job discovery, role detail, quick apply for candidates, and an intuitive job manager for recruiters. We added event driven notifications, simple account creation, and CV upload support with secure file storage.
The Outcome
The new site converts browsers into applicants and turns one off employers into repeat customers by making job posting and applicant review fast and measurable. The platform is now positioned to charge for premium listings, subscriptions and recruitment partnerships.
