The Problem
We designed sector led landing pages and talent pipelines in Figma to surface niche expertise hard FM, soft FM, compliance roles . Built in React.js, the site includes targeted candidate pathways, a refined careers search, and customised case study templates that showcase outcomes and KPIs. We focused heavily on credibility cues client logos, detailed testimonials, and downloadable capability statements.
The Outcome
Ferguson now presents a market leading face to corporate clients. The site supports higher value briefs, shortens sales cycles through clear capability evidence, and improves candidate flow for hard to fill roles.
