The Brief
An ambitious recruiter needed a brand forward site that communicates speed, technology and premium candidate experience, while giving recruiters tools to pitch and retain client relationships.
The Problem
We developed a bold brand system in Figma emphasizing personality and story led case studies. Built in React.js, the site includes feature rich role showcases, a talent spotlight section, and modular service pages that make it easy to run targeted campaigns. We also set up conversion focused lead paths for retained search and contingency recruiting.
The Outcome
Atomic Talent now projects a confident, modern identity and converts prospects with strong social proof and faster lead qualification to better positioning the firm for premium mandates.
